- All appointments must be secured with a verifiable credit card in order to hold and guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Saturdays, Sundays, and holiday cancellations require minimum 48 hours notice.
- Monday through Friday cancellations require minimum 24 hours notice.
- In the event that you are late for your appointment, you are still responsible to pay the full amount and will receive the remaining time of your treatment.
- If you cancel within the policy period (24 hours for a weekday, 48 hours for a weekend or holiday) OR do not arrive for your appointment at all ("no-show"), the full amount of the treatment will be charged to the credit card used to hold your appointment reservation. This is standard spa policy and there are no exceptions. Thank you for understanding. Your therapist's time was set aside for you and that is the reason for this policy in spas and salons.
- If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment in advance in consideration of your therapist and to ensure the maximum enjoyment of your experience. Our therapists don't work when they are sick, and appreciate the same courtesy in return.
